JIP News – Ratusan wartawan dari 14 forum dan komunitas jurnalis Jabodetabek meramaikan gelaran Jurnalis Fest 2023 di Depok, Jawa Barat, yang dihadiri Wakil Ketua MPR Jazilul Fawaid.
Jazilul melalui keterangan resmi, Selasa, mengatakan kegiatan Jurnalis Fest 2023 diperlukan untuk membangun semangat gotong-royong sekaligus memupuk kepedulian antarkalangan yang berprofesi sebagai wartawan.
“Saya mengapresiasi kegiatan Jurnalist Fest yang diadakan JIP (Jurnalis Indonesia Peduli). Penting menurut saya, ini langkah yang menunjukkan keteladanan, di mana saat ini Indonesia memang membutuhkan kebersamaan sekaligus kepedulian,” Jazilul.
“Suasananya ‘pecah’. JIP (Jurnalis Indonesia Peduli) memberi contoh kepada masyarakat, bagaimana bersama-sama membangun gotong royong untuk Indonesia lebih maju, lebih baik,” tambahnya.
Wakil Ketua MPR RI itu turut meninjau belasan perlombaan Jurnalis Fest 2023 meliputi memancing, tenis meja hingga paint ball yang diikuti 140 peserta dari Kontributor Jakarta Raya, Forum Wartawan Polri, Forum Wartawan Hiburan, Seputar Jurnalis FC, Forum BUMN, Pokja Wartawan Depok, Pokja Wartawan Bekasi, Pokja Wartawan Bogor, dan Jurnalis Mountain Bike.
Kemudian ada juga dari Pewarta Foto Indonesia, Jurnalis 4×4, Forum Wartawan Parlemen DPR/MPR RI, Pokja Tangerang Kota dan Jurnalis Cross.
“Bukan hanya perlombaan, JIP juga menggelar Bazar yang diikuti belasan UMKM dan sebelum hari ini, teman-teman juga menggelar pelatihan jurnalistik dasar dan konten kreatif yang diikuti oleh 60 organisasi relawan SAR (search and rescue) se-Jabodetabek di sini,” kata Pembina Jurnalis Indonesia Peduli (JIP) Pratama Dahlian Persadha.
Ia menyampaikan terima kasih kepada MIND.id, BNI, Semen Indonesia, PLN, Hutama Karya, Pertamina Hulu Energy, Pertamina Patra Niaga, The Purnomo Yusgiantoro Centre, Kemenparekraf, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP), Lembaga Riset Siber CISSReC, dan TA Pro Music dan Publishing atas terselenggaranya acara itu.
“Jurnalis Fest 2023 ini jadi awal dan akan terus diadakan tahun depan dan selanjutnya. Karena bukan hanya sebagai bentuk apresiasi dalam rangka HPN, tetapi ini menjadi ruang berkumpul dan menjalin silaturahmi antar jurnalis,” ujar Pratama yang hadir didampingi pembina JIP Tole Sutrisno, Ketua Panitia Jurnalis Fest 2023 Johanes Odja dan Kapolsek Tanah Baru, Kompol Tirto.
